Project Management & Workforce Provision: Management and coordination of signalling installation works, supported by dedicated, appropriately accredited personnel operating in accordance with client requirements and under the direction of SJM Rail's onsite representative.

Correlation & Site Surveys: Undertaking correlation activities and site surveys in accordance with project requirements.

Points & Turnout Renewals: Renewal of railway points and replacement of turnouts.

Signalling Infrastructure Installation: Procurement and installation of signalling infrastructure in accordance with client specifications and project requirements.

Civil & Mechanical Works: Delivery of associated civil and mechanical works, including pit and pipe installation, channel iron and ground frames.

Project Management & Design Support
SJM Rail provides project management services, working closely with clients to coordinate project requirements and develop and manage dedicated works programs.
